The CAUSE

Both The Beat and the Rally Round 4 Ultrasound raise money to benefit 4US, a non-profit organization started right here in Washington State that raises money to support the needs of pregnant women in crisis.

Here’s what you can expect:

The CHALLENGE

3 DAYS    4US    4 ETERNITY…

The 300 will volunteer their time, talent and treasure for three days.
Their sacrifice will benefit 4US.
Their efforts will echo into eternity…

Time: 3 days. Thursday August 15th 8am to Saturday August 17th 6pm.

Talent: The 300 will produce & host 3 eternity-impacting events. A Concert — a Competition — and a Conference.
8.16: TheBEAT – The Pacific Northwest’s Most Energizing
and Life Affirming Benefit Concert.
8.17: The Rally Round 4 UltraSound– 5 Family-friendly events, 1 life-changing day.
The Sound & Light Conference– equipping champions…for life.

Treasure: Each hero will raise $300 for the privilege to serve.

Who are the 300?

For Gideon 1190 B.C.:

300 untrained soldiers from the tribe of Manasseh, armed with shofars (horns) & torches, and led by an amateur named Gideon, were sent by God to meet 120,000 well-equipped and professionally trained Midianites. Undaunted by the odds and fortified by truth, the 300 surrounded the enemy encampment in the dark of night. At a coordinated time they exposed their torches and sounded their horns. The resulting chaos in the darkened enemy encampment saw the enemy turn upon themselves in the confusion. Gideon’s 300 vanquished their enemy by the power of sound and light.

For Sparta 480 B.C.:

300 elite Spartan soldiers, the vanguard of Sparta’s military, were sent on a one-way mission against a ruthless, efficient and powerful Persian army numbering over 300,000 troops. A Spartan leader was told that the Persian archers were so numerous, their arrows would block out the sun. He replied, “then we will fight in the shade.” For 3 days, the 300 held their ground in the defense of freedom from tyranny. The Spartan 300 “fought in the shade” of countless Persian arrows, gave their all and preserved democracy for posterity.

4us 2013 A.D.:

The 300, for 3 days, will toil, sweat & persevere. They are the stuff of which heroes are made – sacrificing time, talent and treasure in the service of truth. They are the vanguard, leading an army of champions to stand with us, 4US, for life. Armed only with sound and light (ultrasound) they will illuminate hope for countless in crisis; they will vanquish the darkness that has overshadowed this land; and their efforts will echo into eternity… The 300 will fight in the shade
